I have WAY too many sites to handle.  Well it is not that I have too many sites it is that the majority of them are still in the beginning stages.  I decided a month or two ago to downsize, and now that I have decided that I am going to be planning on starting in something new again, I am going to start to find some new homes for these sites and maybe earn a bit of capital for my new venture….what ever that turns out being.

Once the sites have been purged I will be ready to start from scratch.  I am going to set up a business plan for each site, rather than my current plan which looks at everything as a whole.  The reason for this is simple….I can make sure that every site can stand on its own, and therefore if I notice the balance sheet start to slip I can cut the unnecessary fat before it gobbles too much of my profits.  It will also be easier to notice where a site starts to go bad, and if I want to sell it sometime down the road I will have a balance sheet to show the new owner right from the start.
