Looking for a great way to monetize the traffic that visit your sites, opt-in email can help.  Opt-in email is a form of email, where a visitor has consented to receive communications from you on a wide variety of topics or on one specific topic.  Opt-in email is not spam and is totally legal.  Here are some tips on building your own opt-in email lists.

Opt-in lists are extremely easy to build.  Many people create web sites with the capability of opt-in lists already built in.  You can easily leave a place on your web site where people can submit their email address to you in order to receive a free newsletter, gift, bonus, or more information.  While the percentage of people that submit their email address to you depends on the traffic, topic and product being offered it is very reasonable to build up a list of hundreds of people over the course of a few months.

Using your opt- in lists can be extremely advantageous.  You can market your products to this list of people many times per month.  However keep in mind that sending out too many messages each month might irritate some of your list members.  A good rule of thumb is usually once a week or twice a month.  So if you want to grow your business and customer base, use opt in email.
