I have about 5000 vaults that I am looking to rent out.  I will be selling them in blocks of at least 1000 for a price of $30 per month.  However if during the first month you don’t use all of the vaultage that I had made available to you, then you will only have to pay a percentage of the $30.  The percenteage will be calculated  over the last week in the month.

If you are interested in buying whole blocks I will sell them for $20 per month but if you don’t use all of it you will still have to pay $20.

I just read in the paper today that there was a brawl somewhere in Quebec where the police had to be called in.  It all started when a parent at an Atom level game insulted the referee, well the Referee’s father happened to be in the stands and took offence to this other man insulting his son.  Well they exchanged words and then blows and then I guess it got out of hand.

My problem with the whole thing was that it was an ATOM Level hockey game.  The kids that were playing were just that, KIDS!!!.  They should be having fun, and what ever the referee did, whatever bad call he made it did not warrant the parent in the stands insulting him.  Refereeing is the hardest job in sport, ANY SPORT.

And the father of the kid that was Refereeing, well he should know that some people will be taking offence to some of the calls that his son is making, and sometimes they will be right.  He should of kept his big mouth shut, and tempers should of never flared.  This seems to be getting more and more out of hand, where parents are taking these games too seriously.  Hockey is a GAME, and above all the kids should be having fun.

I was looking around for some BannerExchange programs but haven’t had much luck. BannerAdder seems to be the one for me, and it is my own.

I will tell you why, for one it is a 4:3 ratio Banner Exchange. I have seen many that were 2:1 and worse and very few that were better that have stayed around. Another of the killers is that a lot of banner exchanges have the link on the bottom of the banner itself. This makes the space it takes greater, and it makes the advertisements look much less professional. This hurts everyone, the people that visit your site, the exchange and the person whose ad is being displayed. Why would I click an ad that got there for free, if it was free I guess there isn’t very “important” information.

That is why I PAY for advertising BannerAdder, I ensure that all sites in the exchange are in the correct categories, which helps CTR, and I check any changes to ensure that they are following the TOS. I have decided that I am going to offer some text link advertising on my site. I think that this is the right time, my traffic is increasing nicely, the Search Engines are very nice to me, and because of this my hosting bill is starting to increase.

So I have decided to sell 5 text link spaces, on the side bar above the fold. Each link will costa total of $5 per month. Right now I have sold one, so that leaves 4 remaining. I WILL NOT sell more than 5 sitewides.

Also I have a “different” link offer. If you have browsed this blog you will notice a number of pages that have higher PR and therefore will rank higher in the SEs. I am going to start selling permanent links in ANY blog entry for only $20. This is a steal, if the SEs start to penalize PR links, well you won’t have to worry since these links will be all natural. Why would you want your link in an article that is completely un-revelant to your site. You will get zero traffic.

I recently bought a new website, www.bluenoserjokes.com it is a joke website that members can add jokes to it. Right now however, I have not been able to get around to modifying the “look” of the site to match the other sites in my network. As you can see I like “blue” and “orange” and I will have a lot of work to do on the site to make it look the way that I want it.

The reason that I bought the script was that I really wanted a joke script.  I have seen a number of them on the web lately but I think that it would be a really “cool” site to have.  My plans are to find as many Newfie jokes and other jokes that are based around the Atlantic region to add to the site.  One of the most important things about a website is to find your niche, and since the majority of sites online today are either based in the UK or USA, I think that an Atlantic Region joke site is great.  Maybe I will include some jokes from Maine too
