Thanks for visiting! See you again Soon!!!I have seen a lot of comparing of Link Vault to the DigitalPoint Ad Co-op. The truth is that they are completely different systems, with completely different intents. But that is for another time.
The Link Vault is based on a network of websites that have space available from links to other sites. These are static links that make them extremely valuable for SEO. It is a very basic concept that the Link Vault does very well.
The Link Vault is a relatively new system available to webmasters and SEO experts. It works like this, you submit your website and offer space on your site. The site has to be approved first the Link Vault has some very exact guidelines that include having your homepage cached by Google, Yahoo, and MSN. This is one of the ways that the system ensures that sites in the network are of a certain quailty and are not simple link farms or banned sites. Sites that are banned from one or more of those search engines will affect the quality of the links that are placed on them, or in some of the worst cases actually HURT the links that are on these banned sites.
When you have your site approved and have placed the necessary PHP or ASP code onto your site you are given “Vaultage”. This vaultage gives you the power to have your links placed on other sites. The way the vaultage is given is depending on the Google PageRank on your site.
There are many ways to control your links, even with the free option. You are able to control how many links are distributed per day, maximum number of links, 3 different anchor texts and the abilty to control the probability of each.
The greatest advantage of the Link Vault network is that you are able to distribute your links for better SERPs and without the work of emails and ensuring that the people that you exchange links with keep them on their pages. This allows you to take a lot of the leg work out of link building allowing you to spend you time developing content.
