Registering as a Company

I have been debating for a long time about registering a business name for my new business venture. However after several attempts of contacting various dropshippers, and not getting a reply, I am starting to think that it may be a necessity.

So I have started doing some research into the registration process. It seems that for me to register my company in Nova Scotia, all that I have to do is send in some money and fill out a couple of forms. However if I decide that I want to run my business using ONLY my personal name I can do so without registering. This is what I was planning on doing, however like I just said Drop shippers don’t like selling to the general public. They want to sell to companies, and that is the way me and every other dropshipper out there wants to leave it.

So I have picked my name, filled out the forms to revserve the name, you have to reserve it before you can register it, and just need to submit them. The cost is relatively low, and since I am making a little money in my other ventures I can afford it, then all I have to do is start a brand new company website that I will be selling my products from
